Dealers have a separate code from the general public. The promo code for general public is so people don't book via 3rdparty system then demand the con rate later. They can authorize a cleanup company to come in today with the big wet vacs, dehumidifiers and so on. If they don't authorize that, document that they refused so that later on they try to refuse coverage because you didn't get the cleanup company in you can fight back.

Yeah I know ive made 3 already..
my fiance is gonna be the main income maker sadly this is closer to maybe 1-2 times a yr for me. It is very uncertain how long id do it for.
